Bingo is a popular game in all levels of society – so much so according to a recent study it is the most popular group leisure activity in the UK and the second most popular individual leisure activity.

But it is not just ordinary people who are playing bingo the game has quite a celebrity following.

Hollywood star Catherine Zeta-Jones is just one of the many celebs who have admitted their love of bingo. She is known for her Christmas bingo parties in her home and it even rumoured that she introduced George Clooney to the game while they were on the Intolerable Cruelty set.

She can even thank bingo for her career as she was able to go to stage school thanks to her family winning enough cash at bingo to send her to theatre school.

Take That star Robbie Williams went to his local bingo hall in Stoke and was even seen playing bingo with Daryl Hannah in the video for his song Feel.
